Three projects made for real work: task and time planning, online booking, and procurement control.

01WEB / PERSONAL WORKSPACEWorking version · in development

A personal workspace connecting goals, tasks, and time to work on them. Plan independently or with your own AI agent.

Problem: When work, study, and personal projects compete for attention, task lists lose their connection to goals and important work gets no time in the calendar.
Solution: Areas of life, goals, and tasks connect to work sessions. A Now view brings current work into focus, while agents receive 15-minute access with permissions chosen by the user.
My work: Architecture, interface, frontend, backend, and data model. iCloud integration and AI agent access management.

02WEB / BOOKINGBuilt and launched

A website and online booking system with time selection, price calculation, and an admin calendar.

Problem: Guests need an easy way to choose an available slot without calling, while the administrator needs one place for requests and deposits.
Solution: The guest booking flow, protected booking card, and admin calendar work as one connected system.
My work: Product design, UX/UI, frontend, backend, data model, and deployment.

03ANDROID / LOCAL FIRSTImplemented

A product catalog and procurement control app for multiple sites, including quantities, status, and item history.

Problem: Product lists diverge across sites, and procurement status is difficult to see without manual reconciliation.
Solution: A shared catalog is reused across sites while every item keeps its quantity and current procurement state.
My work: Solution design, Android architecture, Compose UI, and local data storage.
